In the New Bond mattress, the bonnel springing is the most reliable and robust assembly system available. Made up of knotted biconical steel springs with a diameter of 2.2 mm connected by spirals.
 
The box system is made up of lateral foam shapes assembled with felt and polyurethane sheets to form a box through the use of cold glue spraying. The system allows the stiffening of the weak point of the springing which is the perimeter.
 
Only ecological raw materials and water-based glues are used, free of solvents and chemical agents (chlorine, fluorine, carbides and phenol) to protect health and the environment in accordance with Oeko Tex regulations.
